You only get arrested if the person responsible for the property presses tresspassing charges, which, he (the security guard) was only making a complaint. Best advice to skaters, don't go on anything that isn't designated for skate boarding. They also don't need to post signs to prohibit boarding, so don't think just because you don't see a sign you can skate there, it's private property and your trespassing.
