I want to try authentic Chinese food but I can't afford to just take off to China and I don't think it's fair that you would add more soy sauce just because you think the foreigner will like it. Too much soy sauce makes me cough- too salty. And how are we supposed to know what more authentic Chinese food tastes like, if you change it when you see us?
