For me as a 'kitchen table' chess player, these Dzindzichashvili videos are a fantasic watch. Great pacing and varied content. I don't understand why they have so little views. Is this a rip of some video series that the man sells? Is it something he just recorded for fun/ helping out random chess enthusiasts?
@Cr1msonCh1n no, chess just isn't really that popular, especially not on a serious level. most people don't have the time or desire to learn it on more than a superficial casual level, find it boring etc. most chess enthusiasts just play internet blitz, video game chess, and don't delve any further.
i checked with wiki & my pronunciation is more or less the same b/c with any long, foreign nomenclature all i do is divide the word into syllables and read over it slowly and deliberately for a few times to familiarise ,yself, then more quickly til it's tripping of my tongue quite naturally. However, transl. some languages into Eng. is a bit fraught b/c some sounds can't be precisely anglicised using our alphabet -altho you'll generally get a passable approximation
