i have an iPod touch (btw 32GB wich is faster than 8GB) and because of this i have to say that a psp e1000 is enough for me. i dont need wifi on psp, because of the touch. if i had to chose now, i will rather the iPod (always!). Games are getting better and better and its a great media player (music, photos and videos).

ok. im not a fanboy for any of these companies. but my opinon is that sony really sucks. im srry to all those fan people who love sony products but its my opinion and i will express it. the one major flaw in the psp's design is how to loads umd dics. there is a little yellow switch in side the umd slot where u put the disc in. if u drop it and that switch breaks........no more games for the psp. also the analog stick can be damaged easily with frequent dropping.

I wouldn't buy an iPod Touch for gaming, but it is a good all around media device. The PSP is the powerhouse of handhelds, and is the better choice for gaming with it's controls and better visuals.

i poud touch by miles broke like 2 psp 1 time it was my fauly cause i droped it down like 1 stair from about 1 foot in its case and the other time the spring on the switch on the side went loose, in gaming i like the ipod touch better as the games are extremly cheap compare to psp and they are much more enjoyable making good use of the accelerometer in most games and its easier to carry around the psp is like puttin a brick in your pocket with the case on

the psp was really great,i played it for like 3 years and i played a whole bunch of games which was really worthwhile.my psp wont charge now however and is now sitting in my room collecting shit.ive been using my ipod touito listen to music..i also use it for serious gaming sometimes,the games are usually really small and i can fit around 100 games in my itouch.my advice is to get the itouch for ur portable needs and the ps3 for ur serious gaming.
