  • John Michael Talbot is the best selling CATHOLIC musician of all time. Yeah, I'd say it was a Christian thing...

  • @cloudwaters JMT is a music master! It's brilliant! work! I was even told by a teen to 20-something year old with an Iron Maiden t-shirt that he and his friends practiced chords to his music

  • I am thrilled to have found this.... thanks for posting it!!!! I wish I could hear the Trail of Tears..... one of the most beautiful and sad songs I have ever heard...

God bless you for your time!!!

The whole album is just fantastic and what amazing musicians and singers.

  • Never did get why the dropped Mason Proffit? Was it a christain thing?

  • It definetely had to do with their faith in Jesus. There were a few songs that Mason Proffit did that had Christian overtones,

  • génial. Le disque est téléchargeable en entier gratuitement et légalement

  • This is a very good old fashioned Christian Group, when were they around ,and are they still?Never heard this before today, thanks rocker53zero! x

  • As it has never been released on CD it is available for free as a mp3 dowload with the rest of the album. Believe me , this Country-rock record is absolutely fantastic, génial!

  • The Talbots were a great band,

  • shitchyeah!

  • they were real brothers, and I had the pleasure of meeting them both. They are good christian people

  • I am fortunate to have an autographed copy of the album from which this is culled. I consider it a masterpiece of the country rock sound of the 70s! Russ Kunkel-Drums Lee Sklar-Bass Randy Scruggs-Guitar. Sneaky Pete Kleinow-Steel Guitar. David Lindley turns in a heartbreaking performance on "Trail of Tears" Kunkel and Sklar were part of James Taylors band, Sneaky Pete was a Burrito Brother. And Lindley played with Jackson Brown. If you like the early Eagles you'll likely love this one. Lookforit

  • Funny. Did they know there was already a calypso band from the 1950's called The Talbot Brothers?

  • Thank you, THank You , thank U thank you so much. I'm a long time fan and kinda a new youtuber but I'm so gald I did this search.

  • I haven't heard this version in such a long time. Thanks for posting!
