musically your piece is correct, and it's a real challenge to bring Chopin to a bass guitar, and I admire your playing, and share your tastes, but although some of your other songs do not lose the feeling or the emotion of the piece, I have to say that this piece not played with a piano loses almost all the emotion.

The bass is a beautiful instrument. This song speaks well on the bass, as well as guitar or the original instrument the music was performed on. If you people don't like hearing music on a bass guitar then why do you even bother watching the video when it clear says Chopin for bass guitar.

@jsilence418 you dont understand the dynamic of his playing , emulating piano pieces you need low registers as much as high ones , guitar only gives you the faggy metal highs while a 7 stringed bass gives you a full spectrum to work with

if anything bass tapping has a percussive harpiscord sound that guitar does not

and in guitar to play the aconmpainments youd have to transpose at least an octave highe screwing up the whole piece

Gdy patrzę na Twoje filmiki, to jestem dumny z tego, że jestem Polakiem. Chociaż prawdziwa muzyka (o ile można użyć takiego zwrotu) jest tłamszona przez komerchę, to wierzę, że w końcu przyjdą takie czasy, gdy z przyjemnością włączymy radio i usłyszymy (na popularnej stacji [!] ) Bacha, Chopina czy ponadczasowe zespoły The Beatles, Metallica, Guns'N'Roses, itp...

Chciałem tylko zwrócić uwagę na dzisiejszy rynek muzyczny, w którym zapewne ~90% wykonawców to wykonawcy komercyjni. I najważniejsze: MUZYKA POWINNA ŁĄCZYĆ, A NIE DZIELIĆ!
