He just got beat to the basket thats all. He didn't get crossed though. A true crossover is when you get left behind like how Allen Iverson or Tim Hardaway used to do people. Kobe seems to be buffer here. Was this in 2007? This gave him more strength but I could tell that it slowed him down and he didn't get up as quickly or as high as he used to.
