Nutty River district is the most popular area in toontown. Try that. Or you could do the VP with the Cold Caller Guide. google it and i think you can find the servers and hours they come on.

I change the FPS to 30, which makes the speed 3x faster. However, the easiest way to do it is to record it normally, go on Windows Movie Maker and put the speed effect on the clip, since the 3x effect on hyper cam could cause you to lag heavily or make your game ''not responding'' for a few seconds.

CJ - not too hard

VP - challenging

VP isnt challenging. I won a VP with 3 people(me,107,my friend,71, a random toon,63,and another random toon with 55 laff) it was 4 but at the end it was 3. CEO is definately ouch. CFO its rlly the easiest and the most quick. CJ looks easy, but its REALLY challenging =/

The difficulty of the CJ is dependant on the level of the suits. The higher the levels of the suits, the more cogs and gavels and the less evidence you get at a time.
