@ChiTown98756 ok..that's fine...but you gotta understand that the gangs here have cousins, friends, relatives that are in those same gangs...crips and bloods didn't pop up in toronto by accident..it's an american influence...hells angels and the KKK didn't show up in canada...it's all US related....and america has more poor ppl but the percentage of ppl on welfare and the ppl that are low income in canada is the same...but yes 12% of the US is bigger than 12% of canada...
