While it looks good it's actually not too difficult. Just learn some basic stalls, wraps, and crossers and you'll be as good as he is. ?The glowstick's he's using are very light though so you won't be able to do a lot of that stuff though if you get something with some weight.

get glowsticks string them knot them and start doing a figure 8 with 1 then follow with the other then jus add sum crazyy moves and it looks sick...
