@cjstylez97 I don't think those are lendarys, but actally VERY rare pokemon. If they were lendaries, we could not find them.

xD It's not too hard to beat the Pokemon League 20 times, unless you're a weakling. It just doesn't take that long to beat the Pokemon League that many times, there a lot of people that beat the Pokemon League more than 60 times.

yeah I remember when I first battled Palmer, it came down to his Milotic vs. my Raichu. I managed to get Milotic paralyzed from a lucky Discharge, and it tried Hypnosis on me but failed each time (NOTE: my Raichu held a Lax Incense).

after twenty times it gets +20 levels
