Very enjoyable. I trained with Shihan Jody Paul in the 80's and learned Odo No Tekkos & Kian No Sai & Sukan No Eku Bo. But never got to see the Kamas. Oos

No problem! I know Toma No Kama can be difficult. So I nice slow kata is what the Dr. ordered. Thanks!
