depends on what level. We keep hearing "go within, go within, go within"..but what does that entail? It entails facing all the trauma and the muck and the self deception. I am not perfect, and I deal with this all the time. It is a catch 22, because i am inwardly divided, and then see all the other people in the same boat. So its like, NOW WHAT?? THe damage is done, so, again, what has to be done is what we keep hearing about "going within, going within." THere is a taboo against this very thing
