Why is there a piece of runway that you cannot land on?

@kapisko1PL the surface of the concrete (or what ever it is) is simply too soft too land on it, but strong enough to be able to takeoff and taxi there. If you cannot even taxi there, it'll be marked with yellow arrows.

Generally the operating crew wont bitch around for a digicam, aslong as it doesnt send or recieve anything.
