USPS is the government mailing conglomerate, and FedEx received a very large contract with USPS. FedEx has also spent 4 times as much money as UPS on politicians and "lobbyists." However, those things aside, it makes me happy to see that UPS is doing better than USPS and FedEx, even though they are forced to charge higher rates than USPS, while FedEx gets to charge USPS base rates.

If the solar film and element were distributed without the costly material frame and binding the economy would gain a greater involvement stimulus and ability to innovate this product.
It would help scientists clear stocks and adapt to demand with incremental or creative production innovations. The entire industry if broken into a larger spectrum of involvement will exceed the capacity of simple companies in the short term. Even a micro body per segment has a far superior economy in the public.

USPS is the government mailing conglomerate, and FedEx received a very large contract with USPS. FedEx has also spent 4 times as much money as UPS on politicians and "lobbyists." However, those things aside, it makes me happy to see that UPS is doing better than USPS and FedEx, even though they are forced to charge higher rates than USPS, while FedEx gets to charge USPS base rates.

Lower the deficit!
End the Bush Tax Cuts! That's 350 billion a year right there, much more in a few years.
End Bush's war of choice in Iraq. There's another 75-100 billion there.
Lower non-war related military spending by 25%. We'll still spend as much as every other country combined and we'll save 150 billion there.
The remainder of the deficit is still needed to battle down Bush's recession and provide jobs and support for the unemployed. After 2 - 3 years, that will be gone too.

Maybe you are going to have a Wind Farm like the one on the Campo Reservation in San Diego Cty. The turbines were damaged due to high winds on Dec 7, 2009, and have yet to be fully repaired.
There are 2 proposed wind/solar farms in the Mojave Desert. They can't get approval, so far, because of an endangered lizard and tortoise. Are you going to ignore the EPA and endangered species and put the grid paths just anywhere you want to take possession of the Land regardless of the destruction?

Toxicity comes from the amount consumed, not the product, compound, or chemical itself. Any compound has a negative affect when consumed in the correct quantity, even pure water or pure oxygen.

Yes, we should use our own natural resources to get ourselves off depending on foreign oil. Use everything we have and implement the new energy sources like Solar, Wind, Hydro-electric and Nuclear power. @NCMan28025 actually the cancer thing has everything to do with this. because people are dying. again SLAVERY employed alot of people but we still ended that. . i do not owe anybody who drills for oil or mines coal anything. certain people are profiting from that and they will say or do anything to stay profitable. Like GReen jobs are job killers. yeah to the coal and oil industry i think we should kill as any of those jobs as possible. they are destroying our planet.
