FIFA should add a new rule regarding blatant hand balls that results in a goal, like Lionel Messi's goal on June 9th. After the game the local league (if it is a domestic game) or FIFA (if it is an international game) must suspend the guilty player for a minimum of 10 games or more, that is extended to the following season if the crime happens near the end of the season. Once FIFA adapts this rule, the world will not see cheaters like Maradona and Messi get away with their crimes.
