Generally I'm a dub-lover, but back when I first watched Black Lagoon several years ago, I couldn't find it dubbed and watched the whole thing subbed, now that I rent DVDs, I've gotten it in English and seen it in English too XD But yes, the dubbing is very good, it's on-par with the Hellsing Ultimate dubbing.

Honestly, as corny as the "other countries" voice dialogue is, it's actually absolutely true to the translations of the actual series dialogue. Shenhua DOES talk like a stereotypical Thai prostitute (cept she's from the Republic of China, go figure), and Leigharch IS supposed to sound Irish.

It's just that the Japanese author as no idea what the various accents actually sound like, so he kind of had to improvise.

He got all the guns looking just right though, ironically.
