This is an awesome speech. Edwards hits the nail on the head. He describes why the Bush/Cheney approach has failed: its based on the cold war model, WW II, an outdated view of the world. And then he describes his new approach: using 21st century tools to fight 21st century threats. An emphasis on diplomacy, on protecting chemical plants, strengthening saftey standards, reaching out to our own Muslim communities, and achieving energy independance. I'm voting for Edwards.
