first you need a picture of the thing you want to turn into a 3d model then just start to extrude from a box or a sphere... the model will be quite simple then,but you said you're a noob so you should start with the simple things....
nicely done, did you only animated the stearing/speed before the entire simulation or did you just animated a central point linked to the car by a spring (like towing a car) or something different??
Amazing video man! I was also wondering how u made it. im trying to animate a car as well and cannnot get the car to change steering and change from forward to reverse. i was wondering if you could help me out bcoz you are able to do it in your vid. oh and nice model btw :)

@qwarqpeerowns if you're a 'noob' then modelling is were you should be starting...it'll help you learn your way around.
Start by reading some books on it, follow a few tutorials from beginning to end. Someone is going to be able to tell you in a youtube comment.
