@THEMISTERMG the face plate button wouldn't work unless I pulled the button off.

and my tray cover snapped in half while I was taking it off. and my friend had a shitty one he spray painted. :P

Xbox 360 quick fix:

1. Destroy your Xbox in a creative manner (preferrably with a firearm and/or fire)

2. Videotape it and post to youtube

3. a) Buy a new Xbox or b) give up gaming and curse Microsoft

Sounds like the spindle inside the disc drive needs to be replaced. Idk though since I don't have the opportunity to look at it in person.
