i dont think many people know this but rubio got defensive player of the year in 2009 he needs a j tho, i agree his stats sucked but when i watched him on tv barcelona just made him run the offense and he didnt get many looks his team had great low post scorers and good outside shooters and all the plays were run to isolate those guys the euroleague also is less on individual playrs thus the stats arent as high cause scoring is more balanced, jennings sucked overseas it doesnt translate nba

Rookie year: 3-4ppg 3-4apg

In his prime: 6-8ppg 6-8apg

At his best: 6-8ppg 7-9apg

NBA 2k12 rating: 67 lol

Kid has talent but lacks overall tools to dominate at NBA level. With hard work can be a very capable PG. At best to me he is a back up PG. Starter if surrounded with a ton of talent(like Rondo in Bos). Will need to work on defense more.

He's going to be good. He's got good size, and has great potential on defense, with a 6'9 wingspan he steals the ball very well. In an up-tempo nba game he's going to be good. I don't think he'll be a great scorer, but how often do players average 10 assists in this league?

Worst case scenario for Rubio: Plays like a Calderon, best case: Rajon Rondo/steve nash type player.

Yeah, he should have potential. 2 years ago he had potential, but since then, his numbers haven't changed. That's a sign of upcoming problems. If he reminds more of Rajon Rondo, then his career will be slow, just imagine Rondo in Wolves. Nobody to pass for. Minnesota needs consistent scorer, not a passer.
