Exactly, everytime I've seen Red with kids on this show he is just horrible to them. The fact that they are just so nervous from performing and then he rips into them and destroys their self esteem is horrible, I don't see why they need him on the show

Sure Red might started on telly before Simon, but lets be honest, Simon is mean because he's telling you honest truth, which can sound harsh.
