errr there's no real special technique... in fact i think you know how to do all the basic steps already... all u need to do now is just practise in front of a mirror till it's smooth enough i guess?

Oh I know how he does this, he takes the card and puts hit behind his thumb, but when he goes to show his palm he does a switchoff

Thats why he doesent show both palms at the same time.
