When Phyllis return back in 2000, she started working for the Abbotts as a web design consultant or something and was helping the Abbots with the start up with the Teen Jabot Website/reality show involving Billy Abbott, Mac, Brittney, Brianna, JT and Raul. From what I recalled, Jill didn't like the direction of how it was going and wanted to hire Phyllis friend name Shaun, that's what the falling out you see here in this clip between Phyllis and Jill.
