No MazSport does. it's about 4k includes a modified subrame and oil pan. pretty much everything, save the 13b itself

The Miata Rotary conversion kit is designed to allow for a simpler installation of turbo running gear. The end use is responsible for smog compliance in there area.

No, nothing so intense, I suppose. I just had to go out of county to get it registered. Luckily, I have a few family members in a neighboring county with much more lenient smog laws where I could claim the car resides and register it there. It was just a pain in the ass... but it works.

No no, COUNTY, not country. It's Still in the US. Northern California, in fact. Just went to Lake County rather than here in Mendocino County... it was only a like, a twenty minute drive. But Mendocino County is run by a very Liberal group of people, so the environmental laws are rather strict. It's clean as Hell, but hard to fix up cars. :) Lake County is a little more Conservative, and their environmental laws reflect it.
