Uh yeah i would, if President Bush gave a speech before Congress saying he did that, yes we would believe him. The House of Rep would bring up charges for impeachment and the Senate would proceed through the trial. President Bush was a bad president because he was not a strong leader, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld were running the show & Bush just listened to them. Cheney and Rumsfeld were key players in the Bush Administration & they are the ones to blame for Iraq.
