@Tomislav77777 Nope. The wheel itself isn't a controller, it's just to make it more comfortable to use the "steering" control method, which is the Wii remote held horizontally. You can also use the Wii remote+nunchuck or even a Gamecube controller.

But, if I remember correctly, no one character can be selected by more than one player in splitscreen, so that would mean there can only be two players playing as the Mii in any one race, and they would both be the same Mii, but wearing different costumes.

This one book called Cheat Code Explosion listed it as unlockable for some reason and from then on lots of people spread the rumor that there was a Mii Outfit C which you unlock by "getting 15,000 points in VS mode". To this day I don't even know what this was supposed to mean. It doesn't exist anyways.

@mybirdomariokart it depends on the mii's weight and height (I think) so if you want lightweight karts make the mii short and skinny, for mediumweight karts middle height and weight etc.

@Kevingast beat the regular staff ghost by around 2-3 seconds. I'm not sure of exact times you have to get but I'm pretty sure it is around that for every course.

@halojango78 you'll probably want to double check, even triple check you have unlocked all the expert ghosts. If you are absolutely 100% sure you have unlocked all of the expert staff ghosts and you haven't unlocked Mii Outfit B, then I don't know how to help you, sorry :(

Maybe you could just try doing another time trial run on all of the courses? It can't hurt to try. Also, this is probably a stupid question but I'm just curious. You do have all 8 cups unlocked, right?

@GaianBlackShadow2011 like I said before, you don't have to beat them at all. You just need to unlock the Expert ghost for every track in the game to get Mii Outfit B. You get absolutely nothing extra for beating the Expert ghosts.

@GaianBlackShadow2011 Are you talking about the regular ghosts or the Expert ghosts? If you mean the Expert ghosts, you don't have to beat them, just unlock them. If you mean the beating regular ghosts to unlock the Expert ghosts, you just have to beat them by a few seconds. I'm not sure of specific times you have to get.
