The pole in this vid is a platinum stages...its permanent so you use screws to mount it. I just recently purchased an X-pole 45mm and its by far the best of the two. The x is removable and can go almost anywhere. And yes its an excellent workout!!!

I think you have just invented a new genre--maybe we'll have to call it "bellydance pole" The late ballet choreographer George Ballanchine said "perfect control in dance is perfect freedom" and your vid proves it. I loved the slide to the floor split and then the invert flipover to the floor split. Unbelievable! I've never even seen the booty shake--on the pole!--and inverted!! You're great! Were you at all nervous, teaching yourself the handspring/cartwheel without a spotter? Cause it looks like you have to really commit to and be fearless it to get up there (as with most inverts).
