I just started myself 2 month's ago after seeing the "it's not my time by 3 doors down" music video ...the best way to start is do some research of your own first like watch a bunch of video's that will help expand your knolledge on parkour ..i recommend "jump london" and "jump britian" both can be watched on the internet ...then after that look for a site on the internet that might have people from your area that will train with you! most important thing is train slow and safe.
