That's great for ocean spills of oil, but if it is cheap enough..I guess.

It's actually great for ocean spills and beach spills.
All you do is take this material that comes in a granular form and pour it on the sand or the rocks and you can spray it back in the water off the rocks with high pressured hose and skim it off the top of the water and will clean the sand and rocks without contaminating the water either.
It is also much less expensive than anything else on the market.
