I think that if it's nothing seriously intrusive, people should be free to get their skin and facial features operated on, moderately, just as they're free to exercise for the sake of their physical appearance or get a tattoo. It's not always healthy, but it's their right.
People who lose lots of weight quickly might want some of that skin tightened, too. When all you're doing is getting rid of a few large wrinkles, I think that's far different from being fake and having low self-esteem.
Sharon had such a low self esteem, so she wanted to feel better about herself. plastic surgery doesn't change you as a person. she did it to feel better about herself, and she's honest about it. she's not like other celebrities who are obsessed with it. Sharon Osbourne was always beautiful, inside and out. She is one of my favorite people of all time.

To all those bitching about her surgery; rub uranium on your arsehole until you get colon cancer, go through chemo, watch your hair fall out and your body waste away to almost nothing, and then see if you blame her for wanting to feel pretty afterwards, in her case through surgery. i don't really see anything wrong with lipo or any other cosmetic surgeries and procedures as long as you don't become addicted or want it done to look like someone else. I remember hearing Sharon say in an interview that she's not ashamed of getting work done and that she doesn't see anything wrong with getting work done if you are unhappy with a part of your body. and i must say that i kind of agree with that. why live an unhappy life when you can just go and fix it?

Vitiligo, the skin disease he had cannot cause the shape of your lips and cheekbones to change (I think I know what the disease does, since my uncle has it). And btw, maybe you should do some research yourself because just the number of nose-jobs he had was way over 2 :p You can see that on the pictures taken during his career...

Sharon looked good for 50 a few years back, but shes started taking plastic surgery too FAR IMO. She is developing that unnatural stretched face goldfish look now. If she carries on she'll look like Jackie Stallone et al after a few more proceedures. Shes taken it too far already, but its not too late to stop. She will only make hereself look worse if she has more "proceedures".
