CSN took my order and my money and your company sent me a confirmation email from UPS that the billing info was received. Then nothing. CSN called and emailed you....Nothing. I called and some lady answered and said alll she could do was take orders. I am waiting for a refund that could take 15 days. now my kids suffer. Thanks for taking my money. DO NOT ORDER THRU CSNSTORES PEOPLE.

There must have been some sort of mistake when processsing the shiping. Call the shop and ask for Wes and Ill make sure you get a track before Christmas. The shop # is 330 385 6922. If Im not there leave your name and # and Ill get right back to you.

This is awesome. I purchased one about 6 months ago and my kids are having a blast racing all those Hot Wheel cars they have. My husbands buddy's even come over and have racing party's. They use it almost as much as the kids. Great product Expert Racers. Can't believe you can't buy it in stores. More people needs to know about your web site.
