  • here's why this video will not be helpful to most everyone: they ASK TOO MUCH of people. no normal person will incorporate SO MANY HARD THINGS at once, like calorie counting, weight training, journal, cardio. nuts are great if you can only consume 4-5 at a time. most people get hooked after a couple and will eat the whole bag. it's HARD. fruits are easily converted to fat diet (google it). they key here is to make it EASY AND SIMPLE to adhere. start with just a diet and make it SIMPLE AND EASY.

  • @flyketo dieting is basically the essential way to build muscle and burn fat. without a proper diet you wont gain the needed nutrients to feed muscles and all those useless calories would go straight to your gut. i know what you mean because im 18 but its all about determination, self control, and making subway your best friend :)

  • Whey protein shakes can be subsituted with milk as a post workout drink, both contain protein just whey protein has more, but milk works well for those on a budget.
