@flyketo dieting is basically the essential way to build muscle and burn fat. without a proper diet you wont gain the needed nutrients to feed muscles and all those useless calories would go straight to your gut. i know what you mean because im 18 but its all about determination, self control, and making subway your best friend :)

Whey protein shakes can be subsituted with milk as a post workout drink, both contain protein just whey protein has more, but milk works well for those on a budget.
