Hi 60638713 the position of your left hand, which holds the post, is absolutely wrong. You have to grab the post very soft just below the gimbal in order not to influence the inertia of the system - if you have set up the bottom heaviness correctly.

@imagesjapan looks like the HD-1000 , which is meant for less than 6 pounds cams.
