this is a really nice video, but cow milk is very diverse. I personally don't believe that it is healthy, and my family drink almond, oat, coconut, or any other substitute milk products. The children do like soy products, but we don't let them eat it to often until they would finish developing and growing up. (sorry for any wrong spelling or bad grammar - english is a second language). Thank you for all the good information aside from the milk .
