Not just that, watch when she says "I would put exclamation points... etc." she is running her finger over the subtitles. And then when she says "And on THAT ONE!" she points right at the subtitle. English is my native language, so I never need subtitles for Seinfeld, but this added so much extra hilarity to the clip.
