  • ON THIS! AND ON THAT!

  • I HATE EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What language were the subtitles in? Just curious..

  • @Caryjane1 Swedish

  • Jerry: Ive never heard of a relationship being affected by a punctuation.. LOL! ME TO! until now! haha..Best Sitcom Ever!

  • מדליק שלושה סימני קריאה

  • @nimrod379 Exlamation Steve!

  • @AppleCrisp233 i guess i shouldve put ..... at the end. its a horrible scene.

  • Along with trying to recover something (anything) for car damage in The Bris, this was on the short list of things George was right about.

  • Julia gives me an exclamation point quite frequently.

  • this has to be when larry wasnt working on the show.

  • "I've never heard of a relationship being affected by punctuation!"

Will there ever be anything as consistently funny as Seinfeld again?

  • Exclamation *mark*. (And that's how my relationship would end.)

  • I feel somewhat similar about punctuation, especially if chatting or something. Just gives a bad vibe when I'm chatting with someone and they're talking to me as if they're writing an essay or something.

  • top of the morning TO YOU!

  • This is why I hate people who are obsessive about spelling. XD This actually epitamizes some of the silly arguments people have at school.

  • I actually think her BF reacted perfectly. I probably would've just caved in and apologized.

  • love seinfeld saw this episode on TV yesterday and Kramer is my favourite character

  • wich is why people shoudlnt get married wich is why women are dumb as paint

  • I really don't see what the big deal is... Elaine just showed us the classic reason why women are complicated.

  • I found out today that my wife is going to give birth to a little boy. I texted all my friends to tell them the news. I got back a BUNCH of return texts that said, 'Congratulations." I finally, FINALLY understand what Elaine was upset about.

  • @heyitsadam

Yeah I get it too. "Congratulations." and "Congratulations!" have such different readings imo

  • On this one: !

    And on that one: !

  • its not top of the muffin to you!!!!!

    no no it is!

  • Tack for posting

  • i love this show !

  • Infrequent colon cleansing is a lot like arguments over punctuation;;; the more you stir shit the more it smells!

  • How would you like to suck my balls!

  • Now she stereotypically eats ice cream

  • that guy is the cop from the smog strangler:P

  • So....having a baby is....a fat barn in Sweden?!

  • Haha eat shit Elaine.

  • its interesting to watch to subtitles and see if THEY put exclamation points in the right places...

  • You what punctuation mark I don't like? The semicolon where and how do you use it?

  • she is crazy! ahahahah

  • I LOVE THIS SHOW EXCLAMATION POINT

  • elaine is hot

  • This is exactly why modern women end up 43 years old with no kids and no husbands lying to EVERYONE about how they're "perfectly happy being single"

  • @AptivaXL

can't help but wonder if you were single when you wrote that...

  • 1:30 subtitles say "fatt barn"

    hahaha

  • @tooskool4cool fått barn... Not fatt.

  • @TheMavenFrankeus

    either way...its pretty funny

  • @tooskool4cool If you don't speak Swedish then yes.... :)

  • Dude, this is frickin' Elaine--just let it go....

... and he didn't! I told him not to push the issue, but noooooooooo....

  • I can't decide if Elaine is hot enough to put up with this kind of inane crap lol.. its punctuation on a phone message

  • I like how the Swedish subtitles make a point of putting an exclamation mark after every relevant sentence. haha

  • ELAINE used to FUCK Jerry, EXCLAMATION point lool

  • funniest translation ever! english: myra had the baby. swedish: myra har fatt barn.

    WIN

  • This has got to be the dumbest reason to ever start a fight. Elaine is so ignorant.

  • @incrediblehulkmovies, Don't you mean picky or difficult? I don't see what "ignorance" has anything to do with this situation.

  • @Radwar99 Picky? Difficult? She couldn't leave well enough alone. Jerry sums it up later for her in the episode.

  • @incrediblehulkmovies it's a funny one.

  • I watched this episode yesterday. Seinfeld is the best sitcom EVER! My favorite character is Elaine :D

  • he left b-cuz of an examination mark

  • lol this is the stupidest fight imaginable but so hilarious

  • This show is really about nothing...but nothing is something think about it i did.

  • Elaine's character represents the typical modern obnoxious women. This is why so many women are 40 and single. What a shock.

  • I love the dramatic acting.

  • "!"

  • No wonder Elaine could never stay with a guy for very long. She's too bossy and demanding and the things she complains about are about the most insignificant things you can imagine.

  • Yeah legend. Jerry is kinda the same way.

  • i would have let her get away with all that just for the sex.

  • HAHA read something interesting and was reminded of this clip...

".....the more exclamation marks someone uses in writing, the more likely they are to be mentally unbalanced."

    LMFAO

  • Haha! Hilarious xD

Today is punctuation day too, so tht makes it even funnier lol

  • How can he not use an exclamation point?!

  • that's classic seinfeld.

  • "I never heard of a relationship being affected by puncuation."

    lol, great!

  • she got dumped!

  • Capture the mood of every caller? That's hysterical out of this world!

  • exclamation point is the same as exclamation mark?

  • Yeah, Exclamation points are the same as exclamation marks.

  • !

    One. Just one.

  • Does anyone else think it's funny that when Elaine says "On this one...and on that one" at 1:40, the subtitles have exclamation points? Ha ha ha...that's like a meta-exclamation point!

  • Not just that, watch when she says "I would put exclamation points... etc." she is running her finger over the subtitles. And then when she says "And on THAT ONE!" she points right at the subtitle. English is my native language, so I never need subtitles for Seinfeld, but this added so much extra hilarity to the clip.

  • Is that the Juji fruit guy?

  • Lol yep. Jake Jarmel or however you spell it.

  • TV is great in Sweden: no dubbing, subtitles only.

  • second that

  • @peripatetikerQC

hallelujah, if I ever move to a European country, it will be Sweden.

  • @peripatetikerQC Same in The Netherlands ;)

  • @peripatetikerQC in venezuela too :D

  • @peripatetikerQC I hate dubbing, subtitles are in Serbia as well.

  • @peripatetikerQC Same here in the Netherlands. Dubbing sucks :P

  • @peripatetikerQC croatia too !

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Haha

  • OverHedge99.....Obviously the other posters didn't get your comment......Let me quote David Puddy....."That chick's whacked"!

  • whatever make you happy dude. glad you understand

  • we're history

    ahaha

  • "Maybe I don't use them as haphazardly as you do" Ohhhhhhhhh

    That audience reaction's hilarious.
