The mount is from an old bike headlight drilled to accept a tripod screw that I tighten the camera down on. Then I hand it upside down from the handlebars and flip the video vertically in Quicktime.
Thanks! Yes that's Santa Monica Boulevard. The bike lane runs between Century City and Sepulveda as part of the new transit corridor that was completed a little over a year ago. You should definitely check it out.

Great video! Is that Santa Monica Blvd with the bike lane starting at 3:05? Didn't realize it had a bike lane for that long a distance.
