THIS IS A CALL TO ACTION. Why don't rich black use their fame and money to start parenting classes for parenting classes. Every time a child get in trouble. they could use the money to pay counseling centers and church counseling centers to give parenting classes to the dysfunctional poor family. this would break the cycle of abuse. this is not hard to do. the only thing you have to do is raise the money and hold them accountable.
