  • Missy I have had Fibromyalgia for many years. I also have degenerative joint and back disease. Bless you. ;-) Be prepared for people who will "have a cure" and try not to let them affect you in a negative way. I understand what you are going through. look for a "chronic support group" in your area (Google helps). Your pain is no less than someone who has had this for years.

  • I am starting a channel to bring people with&without illness together so they can help eachother and share experiences, also i want to show that you can be positive even if you are disabled, life is tough when you are ill. Youtube helps me connect to the world as i cant go out and do much for myself but theres so much negativety and arguing. I would like to make people laugh and raise awareness about the hardships of disability&bring people together, i can speak personally about fibromyalgia.

  • Please see the information on the product NCD on my facebook site McKinnee Health Group, it works for many with your condition. It takes all the toxin overload out of your body in a natural way. My contact info is there.

  • A few people I know of use this illness as an excuse not to work, and its hard for a doctor to diagnose this illness because anyone can say " oh I have Fibromyalgia, can I go on disability please?" I think people who are mentally ill, overweight, and have a low self esteem get this condition. Mind over matter, if you don't mind it does not matter!

  • @Rbenson1979 actually it's because your thyroid doesn't work properly, which causes your brain to malfunction (or something, they can't pinpoint it, but it IS also physical). Your brain doens't produce enough growth hormones, serotonine, painkilling hormones etc. Hypothyroidism also causes weight gain, lack of serotonine depression. Mind over matter? I'm sorry but, fuck you. This is real. I've got all the meds to treat the lack of hormones, does not work.

  • @Rbenson1979 What IS true is that if you give in to depression, get stressed, etc it gets worse (psychosomatic). I would LOVE to work, I've tried many many times, failing horribly. I WANT to. I'm now taking a few months rest and trying to start a study to not be depending on welfare completely. Despite them saying 'it will not get better'.

    Educate yourself.

  • I have been dealing with fibro for over 20 years. Things have gotten so much worse over the years. At my lowest point I tried to end my life. The pain, inability to focus, being tired beyond words. Feeling helpless, hopeless. So many tests, so may drugs yet no relief. Now my kidneys are failing. Every ounce of will and energy is spent trying to get thru moment by moment, I dont remember what it is like to feel well anymore.

  • I too suffer from fibromyalgia and have for so many years. Sometimes the pain is too much to bear and I can’t imagine going on another day feeling this way. But then I found a comforting scripture in the Bible. Revelation 21:4 says “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This is a promise from Jehovah God. This helps me cope day by day.

  • a week? thats ridiculous.no way.and if over the counter works then it def isnt fibro.

  • she did say she had symptoms for a week. to be diagnosed with fibromyalgia you must have symptoms for at least 3 months.

  • @snow3514 my doctor diagnoses from years of medical records

  • did she say she has been experiencing this for a week? I am confused as to how she has been diagnosed with fibro after pain symptoms only one week? maybe I misunderstood......

  • Have you tried a raw fruit/veggie diet? Since going mostly raw (about 95%)...I am feeling better at an amazing rate! I have been sleeping better, and waking up without pain :)

  • @ShineLoveLightShine

Now this sounds good! All you overweight people take note!

  • My mum has this.................

  • I've wondered this too. I've only been diagnosed for 5 months, and I'm now at my wits end. I am in awe of people who have had it for years. I think about it and it feels like such an arduous journey ahead. I suffer from depression, migraine headaches, heart-attack like chest pain, breathlessness, body aches and pains, fatigue, fibro fog, and chemical sensitivity (the migraines and chemical sensitivity really suck) among other things. I understand you completely. So a big hug to you, Miss2 :)

  • You may wish to view my facebook wall Kristin Davies Visalus

    Thank you.

  • I have fibromyalgia too it really sucks I have gained weight from meds which makes things worse I am 34yrs old and I am on facebook if you would like to chat I feel your pain I have kids and married too xoxo love ya hope you are having a pain and stress free day gb *anne* oh my facebook is Annette Hoseason

  • I HATE fibromyalgia. I just turned 18 and can't believe i have it:( I'm trying so hard right now to get up for my next class, and from crying in front of my roommate... ughh!

  • I feel your pain!! its sucks this illness!!!

  • have you tried changing your diet? vegan lifestyle perhaps? and also lots of love. i hear love heals. so try to receive a daily hug from loved ones.

  • Go to this website and watch a video of a girl who was healed by God after suffering many years with fibromyalgia. awmi.net click on healing testimonies, Niki Ochenski . Great !

  • @cottoncandypoms fuck off there is no god...lol What are you trying to sell?

  • Can i ask do you have fasciculations in any of your body? I had all neuro tests and only positive for fasciculations. i'm hoping to research possible answers to my own situation. I'm a guy - so , I don't know.

I was looking at suicide website this morning - trying to remind myself of people who need me.

Pain.fatigue - maybe i;ll just die from all this naturally.

  • Thanks for the hats off :) I'm only twenty, but I've been experiencing this pain for as long as I can remember, the best thing you can do in my opinion is stay active, strengthen your muscles and take control that way. The pain isn't going to go away but it can lessen. I wish you the best of luck

  • U R GORGEOUS

    I LOVE YOU

    FIBROMYALGIA IS ALSO SPIRITUAL

ITS WHEN JINN POSSESS OR WHEN BLACK MAGIC IS DONE

    JUST GIVIN INFO

    DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER

  • It's a genetic thing.

  • xxxxxx hi darling, how are u keeping these days hon??

  • Hi Gollymsmolly, well YES, I can touch all 18 spots. They all give me the blues!! 2 days ago I tried to get out of bed and could barely make it. It hurt so bad to stand on my feet. My legs hurt unbelieveable - hurt to touch them, hurt to bend, hurt to walk. Arms, legs, shoulders, back, fingers and the whole works. I feel like a tin person sometimes who need major oiling.

  • Hey missy. My name is leslie davis. I know how you feel. I was told I had it at the age of 12. And i'm only 13 now. Hopefully someone will fing the cure. I have to take a Anti- Despesant to sleep and not feel the pain. Some times I just burst out crying in class because of the pain. And the bad part is everyone at my school judges me because they don't understand my problem.

  • I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and vasculitis recently. I'm 17 and I can relate to you in so many ways. If you ever get tired of taking a ton of pills that don't really take the pain almost COMPLETELY away, and are tired of the side effects try medical cannabis. It will help you sleep, enjoy life, help with the fibro-fog, migraines, and so many other things. It also stimulates bone health.

  • @nubface113

I cant paste the link to the site, but if you google PubMed you should find the site. It's a dot gov site with medical papers etc..on the benefits of cannabis. Search fibromyalgia and cannabis. Hope it helps.

  • @nubface113 i very much agree with you.. i'd be motionless without my marijuana... i was diagnosed just a few weeks ago, i also have celiacs disease along with it... so the medical cannibus way IS the way to go

  • Hi Missy, I truly understand what u r feeling. I was diagnosed in 1990. It's a relentless pain syndrome. I have it in all 11 quadrants of my body. I truly understand what u mean about feeling like you've been thrown down the side of a mountain. I wrote a book to help take my mind off of it so much. I talk very personal in my book about my fibro feelings. for we are all we have.

  • @dee08033 there are 18 quardrants (tender spots) if u are tender to touch 11 out of 18 then u have it, or could have it

  • @gollymsmollyable Trigger points not "quadrants". There are18 trigger points (tender spots) & you don't need to have pain in all 18 trigger points to have fibromyalgia, only for research purposes do they look for people with sensitivity in all 18!

Fibro sufferers have pain in all four "quadrants" of the body!

  • @BrettTuck if u would have listened to what i said i didnt say you had to be tender to all 18 spots i said 11 out of 18... and they are called quadrants they are only called tender spots if they are tender.having fibromyalgia mean the quadrants of your body are tender to touch.. and that is not true that they only use it for research purposes when that was one of my ways of diagnosis idk where u get your info from. if u had it you would know what u were talking about.

  • @gollymsmollyable Yeah, I'm so sorry, I meant 11 trigger points out of the 18! But you don't need to be tender in 11 trigger points to have Fibromyalgia, they only looked for people with at least 11 for reseach purposes! The 18 trigger are not called quadrants! Quadrant means four! The doctors look for pain in all four quadrants of the body! And sadly I do have it!

  • Cannabis can help this illness please consider it. Cannabis is a 100% all natural non toxic medicinal plant SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN TO INHIBIT CANCER CELL GROWTH. annual deaths from tobacco: 400,000 deaths from cannabis since human existence: 0

  • BTW HORRIBLE ACTRESS CHECK 3:49 THROUGH 3:57...I AM SORRY BUT 11 YEAR VETERAN OF FMS. IF ANYONE ELSE ON HERE TRULY HAS FMS, U KNOW THE DEAL......pssshh

  • I was just diagnosed. It took seven years, the doctors ruled out everything else. I enjoyed hearing you talk about it, it's nice to know one is not alone. Please keep it up.

  • hey don ` t give up hope. there is this alternative product that can help you a little bit. at least, it helped me, especially by many times taking away my stomach pain ( i have gastritis ). it ` s a chinese product and it ` s called ginko biloba ( with a mix of panax ginseng which is famous for treating tiredness ). go to a chinese medical shop and get this. it ` s kindda cheap. i live in london and i payed 8.5 pounds for a 10 bottles box. most important don ` t lose hope darling.

  • im sorry to hear wat u r goin throu.....i wanted to ask if the pain came on all of a sudden of if it was gradual and got worse over time?

  • i have fibromalgia and low thyroid also...i \been in tears in pain...im tryin to get some help

  • i have fibromalgia and low thyroid also...i \been in tears in pain...im tryin to get some help

  • my exact words :(

  • I have it. its no joke. it stuck me at 34 out of the blue. 1tbs of raw apple cider vinger has helped me with the pain along with Tramadol. Trust me I understand how you feel its nice to know there other others that understand how I feel as well.

  • I can help! Look me up Aprile Plummer. It's a parasite that can be zapped. By a 9 volt battery.. It's called a Trinchella larvae that settles in the muscles. It's from chemtrails. Get the book The cure for all diseases. My mom has it too. We're all one & awakening as one! I became an Author this year - Spirituality! Namaste!!!

  • Great video, I've had FMS for almost 8 years now. Its been nonstop pain since then. For anyone who thinks this disease is bogus needs to walk a day in our shoes.

  • you took the words right out of my mouth... its insaine..... the things you have said in this video.. I have said... wow.....

  • Thanks for being so considerate with the gentle hugs, cause you know that anything else would send a person with Fibro through the roof! I honestly feel like I have been NUKED WITH STRONG RADIATION. I have had it for years. The first couple of years I was aware of my brain constantly trying to over-ride the pain signals, now it's just too exhausted, and it just all out crashes on me when I overdo something. I just break down crying become incoherent, and try to get away from public fast.!

  • Hi Missy I know what you mean and I know what you are going through I have my own series on Fibromyagia and what it is all about.. check things out at matthewdykstra.ca

  • thank you for posting...i suffer from a neurological disorder called sryingomeylia which is rare and horribly painful and chronic. i feel your pain. even sleep does not bring any relief. blessings to you & let's hope for something to help us all

  • i feel your pain as i to have fibro for over a year now and its gettin worse as i can no longer work due to back aches, bell aches, rib pain and shoulders just hurt to much any advice on anything that can ease the pain as my dr is useless thank u.

  • Hi Miss2, I relate to all what you say. I was also diagnosed with FM a few years ago. What I want to share with you is that after following a very specific non-allopathic treatment, I am finally free from this condition. Believe it or not! I though FM was uncurable, but that isn't true. I'd like to tell you about my experience. Your video has definitely moved me to do something for you. Hope to hear from you whenever possible.

  • I can totally understand what you are talking about I finally got diagnosis with Fibromyalgia in 2003 and suffered with the pain from 2000 on ward and I can understand what is going on I can totally relate to what you are going through. I volunteer my church while I am being blessed with disability and am trying to work though the pain but there are days when it is not a go for me. I hope that you get the help that you need and find that right medication. Be Blessed

  • Thank you for the insight, you're a brave girl ...

  • Hi there, I have had FM for a little under a year. Pharmaceuticals will only hurt your recovery. There IS help, and I am getting it through alternative medicine. Many people with FM also have stomach problems. My ayurvedic doctor has promised to rid my body of ALL symptoms and food sensitivities within 6 months. I already feel a NOTICEABLE difference. If you would like to watch my recovery, please google search "joyswellnesstrip" We will be posting a new treatment every week. Good luck!

  • Do you exercise on a daily basis? If so... what is your routine?

  • I have ADD - my nervous system is hyperactive and hyper-reactive. I have these symptoms at times, but not usually. I notice that it happens right before a major weather change happens, often in the spring and fall. My muscles feel weak and have a burning ache in them - I feel generally tired and run down. It usually just lasts for a day, until the weather front passes, then I'm fine. I don't take anything for the pain because of its infrequency. I can function okay, but it's not pleasant.

  • PART THREE: You are not alone. I know how you feel everyday, how a person bumping into you hurts, and how on rainy days it feels worse...almost unbearable.

    Yours Truly, Becca.

    (of British Columbia, Canada)

  • PART TWO: And some times contact sports are good because then you can trick yourself into thinking that the sport is the reason why you ache. Also, move forward, without medication, doctors appointments, and messages because they are costly and only temporary solutions. And being self aware, knowing what you can and can't handle is a good way to cop.

  • PART ONE: I have had fibromyalgia for 15 years. Ever since I was in a car accident when I was 7. For the most part I stayed away from medication. The only thing I take is melatonin. Which enables me to sleep for most of the night. For many years I felt ignored, be- littled, and like a "lab rat" by doctors and family. My suggestion to you is be as active as possible, like going swimming in warm water and/or play sports.

  • On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst level of pain, how would you rate your pain level?

  • i believe there are nature's best i can prescribe to you to try and it will take away the pain as you use it/ Please contact for more information about this

  • Please everyone with fibro or other deceases, do yourself a huge favor and go on Max International. I swear to you that the product is WORKING. I DO NOT HAVE PAIN ANYMORE. I know that it is hard to believe but I WOULD NOT SAY THAT IF IT WAS NOT TRUE. Please Please do it YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

  • I had Fibro at the good old age of 17 and now is 40 with 4 kids(twins). I'm at the end of the where seizures and vertigo has come up. I have been to more doctors even when no one believed me and I was a proBallet dancer during my life. I'm mostly in bed for my memory has gotten so bad. I have been to Mayo and Duke University that I was the top three worst Fibro that they have ever seen. I hate it for my kids, but I refuse to let it be the number one thing in my life.

  • Some people can't take it. That is why the suicide rate for FM sufferers are extremely high. In fact, record shows that many of Dr. Kavorkian's suicide patients had Fibromyalgia. It's a terrible disease that not only hurts the body but the overall well being of a person mentally.

  • I know what you mean...I have been suffering with it for almost two years, but was just diagnosed about three weeks ago. For those people out there who don't believe that fibromyalgia is real, consider yourself lucky and pray that you never experience the pain that has effected many many people. I find it hard to do the simple things that I used to be able to do, for example, I tried to rake the leaves at my house and ten mins later I had to stop. I know how you feel hun, you are not alone. xxxx

  • How you described it is just about how I describe it; I mean almost word for word. Suffering since 16 and am now 24. It took them that long to say what it was. I feel and hear you. I'm not on meds for it either. Nothing helps me, which is why I started looking at vids. I've been told to try vitamins D, and B and Zinc. Right now just on D.

  • i hear you and i feel you but you should for sure go on meds cause if you dont you will only feel the pain, complain and vegetate. Atleast if you are a meds you will be able to accomplish things and pick up and be there for your child. I hope you will feel better soon and that they will find a cure too!

  • It is a mental condition, its undiagnosible without patient describing symptoms. It is similar to depression. They have unspecified pain, fatigue and lethargy, disphoria. The symptom list is so long that is almost impossible to attribute to an actual condition. therapy and perhaps anti-anxiety medication. Heavy painkillers do not work, the pain being experienced is not physical pain. Youll get better but you will have to find the root of your problem with the help of therapy.

  • it's the fluoride.. and processed foods, pollution, and bad drinking water..

  • I've had fibromyalgia for ten years.

  • Have you tried the natural medicine? I have noticed a big improvement taking natural vitamins and minerals than with perscription meds. I have been suffering from Fibro for 9 years now.

  • @monique1369: There is a Hevnawe naturopathic approach that deals with Lupus; Multiple Sclerosis; Fibromyalgia and Myasthenia Graves. It should still be posted on my channel in the comment section, if not then email me and it will be reposted.

  • My mums in her 50's and has it all her life along with a curved spine and rhumatoid artiritus (sp?). She has been given gabapentin I believe it's called and it still doesn't do enough. She can't have massages or certain painkillers, she walks with a stick and the not being able to get thoughts together or words out properly is called "fibrofog" and I already seem to be inheriting it from her. I hope you find something to take the edge off.x

  • @sejbomb: There is a Hevnawe Naturopathic Regimen that will help. Also just because it is genetic does mean you have to have it - in other words there are things you can take to arrest it's development.

  • PLease get your hormone levels checked, especially estradiol! Low levels of estradiol can really contribute to this disease. No one ever checks it!! A $25 box of patches monthly saved my life!!!

  • sound just like me everyday! I I feel your pain girl! I ignore the pain on most days and do everything I want in my life but it catches up to me and i fall flat on my face. To look at me I am in shape happy and live a very busy life. I do martial arts work out with weights work on a farm with hay fish hunt. And you hit it right on the head! day to day to day in pain! Tramadol has helped me allot. i only allow myself two trams a day. My feet neck joints ribs traps

  • TO ALL OF VIEW WHO SUFFERING OF FIBRO - GO SEE THE SITE OF MAXGXL. I sware to you it is working. I am taking the product for 9 weeks now and I am free of pain. THIS IS NOT A SCAME. If you don't you will be missing the solution to your disease. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE.

  • "Fibromyalgia" is a bogus medical "term" for LAZINESS- pure & simple. In this age of booming world population(especially in the U.S.), with it's stress & competition- the easiest way out is the "victim" mentality("tea & sympathy"). It's a known fact that people that claim "fibromyalgia" are currently collecting disability checks so they don't have to work- just lay around on their ass all day. It also stems from a pretty selfish desire for attention. They need to be seeing Psychologists

  • @gemini16th Im a suffer of the condition i was diagonised 3 years ago and i have worked all my working life, the pain is real, it hurts, i wish i never had it, others out there wish they never had it, people like you make me mad.

  • @Ebonyjohnson19 Oh please!

  • @Ebonyjohnson19 is that it "oh please" only cos you know im right! Some of us suffers carry on, others are in too much severe pain to work!

  • @gemini16th Is @gemini16th is a bogus "term" for IGNORANT! I'm a 37 year old man, had fibro for 15 years, it has really messed up my life. However, I have always worked, I now work as a uni lecturer, I have traveled and worked all over the world and I have had many achievements in different fields. I have met many people with an attitude like yours also. It has led me many times to hide this condition from people simply because most were missing the empathy gene from birth.

  • @gemini16th I'd be interested to know that your achievements have been. Maybe you are mad and angry about something which is why you are having your little selfish, ignorant and completely uninformed tantrum. Possibly it also stems from a pretty selfish desire for attention. Maybe a psychologist could help you too. ;)

  • @gemini16th That's pretty harsh. It is a syndrome, not a disease, probably with secondary causes or in a lot of cases idiopathic. Of course other conditions such as depression can cause such pain, being in pain can cause depression.

Sure. People can fake pain to get disability, especially with "invisible" condition, but that doesn't mean ALL are lazy or malingering.

  • im on antidepression, but other than that, im not on anything.. and yes i have fibromyalgia, was diagnosed when i was 15.. and I know how you feel, and i thank every day that my friends and my family are understanding about this, my mom has this disease also, and all of my sisters (i have 3 sisters), my bf is very good to me when it comes to this, i go to a massage therapist once a month (i would go once a week if i could afford it) but my boyfriend tries to massage gently what he can..

  • I too suffer from FM - let me stress the word suffer! I have seen how ugly it gets when not treated with meds. I almost lost my leg because of the swelling that it caused in my left leg and foot. It caused me to have to have Tarsal Tunnel Surgery, and I almost had to have it in the other foot too. The muscles swell it cuts off all circulation. I am now having numbness in my arms and I'm sooo exhausted alot. I went camping this past Sat. - and Sun., Mon. I paid the price. Sooooo exhausted!

  • go see my comments to Holly Fraser video about fibro. Best of luck. Sincerely.

  • i also have fibro, for over 10 years diagnosed 6, years ago approx. You learn to live with the pain and your limitations. Sometimes you do have some remissions from the symptoms, your meds are trial and error, what works for one may not work for another. I wish you some relief. (very soft hugs) xxx

  • I had a headache for nearly a month just shortly before I was diagnosed. I have been in bed 4 days from a flare as of today. I have no use of my left hand and am unable to bend right ankle or knee.

  • This is a very good video, and i totally get where you're comming from... yet i was wondering... did you experience the symptoms of fibro for just one week? if you did then you should probably make sure it's really fibro. What i know is that there are two criteria for diagnosing fibromyalgia 1) pain in at least 11 of the 18 fibromyalgia pain points... and 2) widespread pain in the four cuadrantsa of the body of at least 3 MONTHS... my blessings to you, hope you feel better.

  • @witchie009 I guess I better post my History, It will take A while to write. Sick all of my life, Earliest memories of Grandmother swabbing

  • I liked your ending :) I always say that to people who want to hug me. I'm 20 and since my 17 I've had problems with my back wich couldn't be explained. Since few months (after having more and more problems=>all you described, pain everywhere, being tired) I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It's very hard to handle during the examinations (it gets even worse then). People don't understand why I never complain. It's just simply no use... I just learn to live with it. Love and hang in there!

  • I have been recently diagnosed with FM and I totally know what you are going through, I have all the aches and pains you describe (not quite as debilitating as yours sounds)...thanks for posting,,,,and take care

  • Diabetes does the same thing. Joints and back hurt all the time and you're often fatigued and confused. Probably the same bullshit crappy manufactured American diet causing this or any number of diseases as well. The food you're eating is probably killing you; try switching to a diabetic diet with lots of fresh vegtalbes, olive oil, salads, salmon, nuts. It can't hurt to eat better, it can only help your body repair itself. Everything you describe are symptoms of type 2 diabetes.

  • @cobrachoppergirl i switched to a healthier organic diet, cut out sweets and other junk. I am not any better. I am sure lots have tried the change in diet. Please don't try and give advice. Its not about anything we are or are not doing, but you stressing us with your unsolicited advice makes it worse. Pick up a book and read about it.

  • @tamra1975 GO GIRL! I am SOOOOO sick of people--You look

good, You can't be sick! FU__THis is the 1st day I have been out of bed in 2 MONTHS!! AHHHHHHH, Diabetes is mild compared to this pain. NANCY KLIMAS Studied this disease she would rather have HIV than this Disease! EDUCATE before you give advice!

  • @cobrachoppergirl diabetes was ruled out.

  • @cobrachoppergirl DO YOU THINK I"M STUPID? I was health

Food before health food was cool. Stop giving 1/s assed advice.

Notice I tell MY STORY! If it helps I AM HAPPY, IF you don't understand

Don't give me advice I HAVE BEEN SICK 40 years. OH yeah and don't

    Drink milk.

  • Missy,

I really want to thank you for this video. I've been diagnosed for a year, but had FM my whole life. I have less pain than you; my greatest symptom is fatigue. For some reason, I've had difficulty accepting the diagnosis and the implications there in; denial is a great coping skill, LoL (not). It really, really helps me to see normal, pretty young people such as yourself talk about their experiences; I find it very very validating. Thank you for sharing and speaking out! <3

  • anybody read dr. jacob teitelbaum's "from fatigue to fantastic"? what is interesting about his approach to manage this is that he deals with it from a multi-factorial approach. he states that treating one or two of the cofactors will not make you feel much better. the key is treating all factors at the same time. i am reading it now, but have not yet started. anybody used it to their betterment? ps. he has posted a series of videos on youtube!

  • @rradfrey Yes I tried that and $1000's later--

This is A Neuro Virus, Like HIV Hidden for 20 years.

    Look it up XMRV

  • I recently found out that I have Fibromyalgia too, and let me tell you, you're not alone. It's incredible how the littlest things, like folding laundry, or even taking a shower can hurt and make you soooo exhausted.. It's just so hard to even describe. But the fatigue is what gets me most.

  • GO GIRL! Keep talking, More info the better

    FIBRO HELL MICHELLE

  • @mcertonio I wish I had the balls to do what you guys are doing. I feel like hell and I know I look like it and I am not a talker. Thanks for saying what I can't.

  • see"interview with Dale Bolton on Natural Calm" a youtube vid about a woman whose fibro has been greatly relieved by Magnesium (bioavailable magnesium powder--not tablet or pills)

  • @unitythruhearts HOW MUCH MONEY IS HE MAKING?

  • go to Peter Gillam's Natural Vitality site and read about magnesium and calcium. YOu may have a magnesium imbalance. Buy Natural Calm and see if it helps you. My Mom has fibro and we are trying her on this!!! What if fibro is a nutrition imbalance instead of a disease? Also try E3 Live Super Blue Green Algae!! Read David Wolfe's book Superfoods and try Nutrition as your treatment. Raw Food Diet too. my sense is that medicine is the wrong answer.

  • @unitythruhearts fibro is NOT. I have gotten minimized symptoms from a combination of the drugs flexeril and effexor, which tells me and my doctor, even, that its possibly a misfiring of pain receptors due to a chemical imbalance. The only association nutrition has is with the IBS part of the disease. Please visit your local library and check out every book you can on Fibromyalgia, rather than trying to give advice.

  • I,m a 43 year old man and have FM. For me this started when I took on a job where it did put me to a degree of stress. Stressing the mind has a chain reaction throughout your body. I have been able to combat it with natural herbal remedies. Blackmores Executive strenght for added Vitamin B helps you to control mind and think slower and more calmly. Passion flower herbs help me to relax the muscles and releive joint pain. Ginsing infusions can give you energy to move as well. These things help me

  • I have been struggling with this for a few months. I've been trying to find a specialist, but I haven't had any luck. My doctor put me on pain killers for sleep and I was pain free for some time, but they stopped helping. On top of the pain, I have developed difficulty breathing. I really wish this were a made up disease, but it's not.

  • tyr eating soaked fenugreek, with lemon and honey

  • Fake-O-My-Ass-a : A disorder where the nurves of the brain cause widespread lying and fibbing of the mouth. Usually cuased by a need for attention, sympathy, and hugs and kisses that were lacking in childhood.

  • @Jesuistouche wow you really get around with this comment!

  • @Jesuistouche I find it quite funny that someone who does not have to live with such a terrible syndrome and probably less than a 5th grade education has the nerve to act like a know it all with it comes to such things. Lets hope that you never have to experience this type of pain. I actually had a very wonderful childhood with great parents, and yet, if you try to imagine having 10x worse than the flu, you will see what those of us with Fibromyalgia go through. I bet you couldn't stand it.

  • @tamra1975 fibro is NOT. • @Jesuistouche : :) You may not feel sorry for us, but i feel very sorry for you

  • @Jesuistouche How do you know so much about this condition have you done any research to come up with this theory before you make stupid comments like that do some research as you may actually learn something from it.

  • @Jesuistouche rofl...all this from a moron that can't even spell... none of us are worried about your opinions. you are IGNORANT.

  • @Jesuistouche only thing fake here is your intellect...google XMRV, then tell us we are starved for attention. In fact, since they estimate some 10,000 are infected, I would be willing to bet you are part of that number....hmmm, better go get checked out before you catch fake-o-my-ass-a and start starving for attention....just exactly like you are now, jackass!

  • There is a treatment for Fibro and many other nervous system disorders. Please reseach the drug Low Dose Naltrexone. Loads of videos on Youtube. Watch the Dr Chris Steel Video on Youtube.

  • not that I am denying how you are feeling in any way whatsoever (I am a fellow sufferer!) but I'm just wondering if you were diagnosed by your doctor after only a week...?

  • I was diagnosed this year. I have had the symptoms for about 8 years before I was diagnosed. I am also going to start doing video blogs about my pain and symptoms. I find that many people to not know what fibro is so I am hoping to educated and offer support for other like us. Thanks for the movie. It feels good to know I am not alone.

  • @LdyVivienne: 8 yars of Sx before getting a diagnosis - I say you need to find better doctors.

  • i have fibromyalgia since i was 12 years old,now i have 16 and still the same!!

  • I had it for 3 yrs, I wanted to die. I was healed 7 years ago after an encounter with God. I was ready to check out and take my life if He didn't answer. I don't know how I had the strength, I didn't. All the sudden I knew what I had to do. Toxins are so deep inside the body, toxins from stress, medicine and things we eat and drink. I did a major fast and drank water and sweated them out. Took about 30 days. Ate raw food, cut and soft drinks No caffeine, no sugar.

  • my mum has FM for 10 years. she feels exactly the same as you she takes medication for it. she has pain constantly and she feels fed up of pepole that they don not understand how you feel. My mum says you learn to live with it. I wish your pain get better in your next vidios. best of luck to you.

  • I know how you feel. Im a 21 year old female and I have pain in my back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest... basically my entire upper body. I cant do normal things because the pain draines me of everything. Im on muscle relaxers, but that does very little for me. I hope that someday doctors can help us more than they do.

  • it is from thyroid dysfunction, usually due to nerve interference from upper cervical subluxation. correction is from precise adjustment, such as with hio method chiropractic, not common, imprecise manipulation.

  • The irritating thing is that all the people around me think that Im just lazy or faking... they should try living my life for a week... just a week... experience constant pain throughout the entire body... "its all in your head" bullshit! to all U ignoratn twats I wish U that U get fibris... that would finaly open Ur eyes...

    btw thank you for sharing...

  • @haczu86 OMG! LOL you made me laugh! God Bless You! You had the guts to say all that. I wish I did!

  • It is not a easy fast fix, She takes about 60 pills a day, has changed he diet, and we use Far-infrared, electro-therepy and ion foot cleanses three to for times a week. But in only two weeks, her pain subsided greatly, and in 3 weeks her energy level was up to where before she could not even go down two stairs, now she is up and around up to 4 hours at a time doing things. I understand your frustration and there is help.

  • There is hope. My cousin has it and we are working with a herbalist and she has had amazing results. The pain has went away and her mobillity has improved and so has her energy. Detoxing the body is key. The herbalist that I use and study under has huge success with it.

  • I have had my pain for about 3 years, but was just diagnosed. I guess because it seemed to be worsening. I just kept feeling like I had the flu with a really bad fever, but no fever. And just so tired like I had been working physically really hard all day. Thank you for also bringing up the 'brain fog'. Sometimes I would just feel so stupid and then I would have moments of clarity but not often. Gentle hug back to you!

  • hello, thanks a lot for sharing with us. I am doing a presentation on fibromyalgia and i would really like to show this video to the rest of the class. is there a way that you can send me this video? thanks a lot

  • you don't do you have to. I am currently on 38 meds and it has not gotten better. Just do what you can. I understand that usually people think they are crazy because doctors are out there for the money not the patient. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years and I do not have faith in the system. I really hope you feel better and they come up with a cure. I am in bed 5 days out of the week. I have been diagnosed 6 months ago. I am only 35.

  • a week?

  • Hi ! I know what you are going through! I have had Fibromyalgia for about 10 yrs. now! I started looking into the symptoms myself; and discovered one thing. I remembered how I felt with PMS, the aches and pain everywhere in my body. As I got older now in menopause I feel as if I am always PMS"d!!!! I was just wondering if anyone has similiar conditions? So now I believe Fibro could be related to Hormones in our body! One thing is more woman have this than men! We must do our own self studies

  • so well articulated... thank you for helping all of us. xooxoxoox

  • after watching this video i started crying.. i thought i was alone... i guess im not.. some doctors make me think the tiredness is in my head... or im just depressed or stress is causing horrible feelings.. i've had this for 1 1/2 years.. dont think about tomarrow.. not even tonight.. sometimes i have to think hour by hour;.. minute by minute.. im still trying to change my mind to think that way..gentle hugs to you too!!!!

  • I'm a 27yr old male, I was always active as an adolescent and even into my late teen years in sports and various other physical activities. I'm an accomplished boxer and for about 5 years Fibromyalgia's onset has slowly taken the physical activities that I love to do from me. Ive also avoided taking medications unless it's absolutely neccessary. What I have found to be helpful is a combination of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage thereapy, Yoga-esque stretching and exercise.
