Yeah right, dude. The PX600 Series was the WORST Panasonic Viera series ever manufactured. Thankfully, Panasonic fix their mistake from 2006 and improved the quality of the PDP for this year models. Only those losers at the AV Forums anf they guy who claim to own two of them "think" this series was oh-so-great.

BTW: the PX600 DOES NOT do 1080P!

I own both models TH-50PX600U and TH-42PX600U are full 1080p.

Idiot in the video doesnt know there is a difference in models. TH-50PX600U is 1080p and TH-50PX60U isnt. Notice the model number for a cheaper set (600u/60u). This HDTV is incredible. Just do a search online for these models. They show nothing but great reviews and comments. Personally i mostly use my TH-42PX600U for games plus movies in the bedroom and use the 50 inch one in the living room.

hd tv is only 1080 i now but in the future it will be 1080P. and dont forget the upconverting dvd player that also plays 1080P. why would you prefer to interlace a picture instead of having it progressive, you could buy the 1080p tv and it will be good for now and the future.
