You let me down a lot over the last few weeks. One of the boxes that was originally ticked was unticked, then another box followed by another box. You spend so much time blinkered, you fail to see things coming, even when I TOLD you there was a crisis, you failed to see it.  I did my utmost and you ignored me, and when you finally explained, it was just to tell me how I have to accept that you can say what you want about me to Stephanie.
