Amazing job, Zander. But this is no longer bass! Your "Picolo strings" are in a gauge, my son, a resl talented guitarist, is using for drop-tunings. Only one string is tuned down to a tone, that sounds like bass. So this is some guitar work, it has nothing to do with bass. So I want to say without offending anyone: Fine guitar-work, Zander!

@The1Kong But it is a bass. Just because the strings are a bit smaller and tuned higher doesn't mean its all of a sudden a guitar. The body itself is a bass. You can stick violin strings on it and it wont make it a violin.

i just think some harmonics in the first part would sound amazing as a rythmic instead o playing it in the same lead, they sound a bit too hard the change between the harmonics and the rest.

Thanks! I know composing solo bass can be difficult, but please don't get discouraged with your own stuff. My advice would be to not feel like it's going to be amazing at the start. Keep on working on it, building it, adding bits, listening, changing, etc, and over time it'll start to blossom.

Thanks! For this cover, I used reverb, distortion and a bit of echo at certain bits. For strings, I use piccolo gauge 020-052.

I think this is your best cover to date. The chords, the tapping, the distortion, the overdubs, the solo... everything is great. By the way, what's your tuning on this? I may get it by ear, but I don't have my bass with me at the moment.
