Such an amazing video of a great artist. I could watch over and over and learn something new each time. Thanks so much for allowing us to observe ths great artist at work.
Thanks again Jim for both parts of this wonderful video.Agnes is delighted with the result:beautiful balance of camera work astute commentary and still shots, Bravo Jim!!
Your comments are all very much appreciated. Always great having work recognized. Of course a huge thank you goes to Agnes Fabricius. Having a video camera breathing down your neck while your working is not easy. Many artists just flat out refuse to do it. Fortunately we can all learn thanks to her grace and courage
i'm especially impressed by how effectively and seemingly effortless Agnes suggested the curls, this style of hair is truly the most difficult of all to draw. she did a really great job, also the balance of narrated and non-narrated footage is very pleasant in this video. thanks Jim & Agnes for sharing!
Hello Jim. I have really been looking forward to part 2 Agnes. Excellent work! Well done both of you! Agnes is a true master. I shall watch this video again and again.
Agnes is a major source of talent. A jewel of Place du Tertre. And you, Mr. Jim, never fail to make a video that encapsulates whiles at the same time educates. While watching this video, as a matter of fact, I wanted to breakout my pastels and start drawing something. Anything! LOL. Great job, yet again. Also, tell the Mrs. that her portrait looks nothing short of stunning. :0)
I totally enjoy watching her work. She makes it look soooo easy. I really enjoyed this video and glad there are people who love to film the artist at their fine works. :)
Hi jim , such a large portrait, I wonder where Agnes finds the time to cover all that area, I. Really enjoyed watching the skin tones and the eyes were perfect as usual , I personally think that Agnes is the best at drawing noses , all that I've seen have been coming right out of the page, another amazing video and I think there's more to come? Bravo
