This is the older version.. the 2010 version has DDR3 and a supposed 310m labeled 210m gpu (same thing). I never order the *brand new* stuff when I can get something like this for an incredible deal ($490).

@GreenLulz The newer version has Nvidia Optimus, which is automagic graphic switching based on what programs you have going instead of having to switch graphics. also what I have found is that Linux will not play nicely with the ul50vt while Optimus has way better support. In particular, Linux will draw power to both cards, but only actually use the intel card. On the Win7 side of things, the driver has literally had no updates since it was released.

actually this is a pretty fast computer ive been using it for about 3 months(now running os x leopard) now and it runs almost as fast and smooth as my asus g60 that has a 2.13 quad core

This laptop should be able to run WoW on high settings no problem. NVIDIA 210M is almost twice as fast as Geforce 9400m, and I could play WoW on medium-high with Geforce 9400m.
