People are searching for things about the game and then get mad because they find spoilers, it's their own fault.

Alan Wake is fucking boring as hell compared to this masterpiece. So says Mr. Stewart. Plus comparing FP-Adventures like Deus Ex and SS to a 3rd Person game like this is... odd.

Yeah, it's shoddy at parts, but you have to really just go into to go along for the wackiest ride of your life. Then you start to appreciate stuff like FK in your coffee and destroying fences netting you Agent Honor.

@elzumo Uh, Alan Wake was amazing. This game was good too...but to say Alan Wake had no soul? It was one of the most amazing games I've seen in a long time. How...did you come to that conclusion? What about the game makes it soulless? Is it the compelling plot? The interesting characters? The fun gameplay and gripping atmosphere? C'mon, give me a reason why Alan Wake, "has no soul". Deadly Premonition excelled in its quirkiness, but not much else.

@t7clough This game.. is utterly incredible, it doesn't need incredible graphics to be awesome if you ask me graphics take up more data in the game to the point where you can't really make a decent storyline, unless your doing something like Final Fanatasy XIII or Lost odyssey, this game is worth a good $60

@t7clough It depends how much the storyline and atmosphere interest you. IMO thats what makes the game. The combat isn't horrid but it isn't something you particularly look forward to. And there a few oddities as well ; it helps going in thinking its a budget game (which it is) and being surprised by some of the emotions it can evoke.

My opinion at least.

@t7clough Not that good? This game was 20 bucks, and after playing it I say I would have paid at least 60 dollars for it knowing how good it is now. Don't expect state-of-the-art graphics or gameplay, but expect an amazing cast of characters, wonderful soundtrack, excellent storytelling, and satisfying horror.
