Can you go with a bigger fan to increase airflow?

@1999CSVT not with this particular evap but even so it wouldnt help, the fan blows alot of air, its just the crappy ducting and vents in the dash that are the restriction.

I'm making up a new dash with some better round eyeball style vents which should flow alot more air.
