Very inspirational speech. Per all international independent accounts and books written about that war (Devin T. Hagerty, US library of congress country studies, Stanley Wolpert, Dennis Kux, Robert Johnson, Uk Heo and Shale Asher Horowitz, Time, Newsweek reports) Pakistan army instigated the war by invading India and also suffered more losses. I cannot imagine why western authors would go against the lonely Pakistani army's position, esp as Pakistan was always an US ally during all that time.
