1st. You have to be a serious smoker not to make it the whole way under water.
2nd. You have to touch the persons head for them to be a shark.
3rd. They shouldn't have even attempted to play this in a shallow pool. Its meant for deep ends of the pool so you have to wrestle the person out of the water.
this is a retarded way to play sharks and minnows your supposed to only be able to tag the head and it has to be out of the water and after you get tagged you become a shark too. you sharks start on one side and minnows start on the other and they are supposed to try to get to the other side without being tagged by swimming underwater and dodging
