1.Expand Canvas: Automatically expands the canvas to fit the image being pasted.

2.Keep canvas size: Does not expand the canvas. You will have to move the pasted image around to make sure that the part you want is within the canvas boundaries.

3. Cancel: Cancels the paste action.

insetad of pressing ctrl-V to paste, go to edit then paste into new layer. then wa-la :)
