チェーン店って味の差　同じだと思ったら　作る店によって全然違う。。。　めっちゃうまいラーメン屋もあれば　ベースは同じだけど　まずかったりする。　都内のラーメンも行列できてても　うまくない場合が多い。　万人ウケ狙うより　特定の人が好きになる味。　田舎の見た目はまずそうでも　地元の人しか知らないようなさりげなく繁盛してる店のほうが　ものすごく　おいしいラーメンを作っている場合が多数。

You've tried worst Jiro.

If you really want to try Jiro, should go to either Mita or Sakuradai.

Mita is original Jiro, and Sakuradai is one of the best Jiro branch ever.

At least from my point of view lol.

You're right, and at some branches, "mashi" & "mashi mashi" - extra & super extra - exist as well.
